Stylist/Colorist
has been working with guests for a minimum of 2 years, completed Caruh’s basic program and is currently training in intermediate techniques.

Senior
has been working with guests a minimum of 4 years, is skilled in a variety of textures and techniques and participates in advanced training programs throughout the United States and Europe. Also a member of the Caruh leadership team.

Lead
has been working with guests a minimum of 8 years and leads the Caruh basic and intermediate training programs for hair cutting and hair coloring.

Salon Director
has been working with guests a minimum of 12 years and is responsible for the artistic direction and technical development of Caruh hairdressers at all levels.
